Ralph Thomas Clark was born May 2, 1941, in Logan, Utah, the son of Maynard and Leonora Jensen Clark.

After graduating from North Cache High School in Smithfield, Utah, Ralph served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1960 to 1962 in the Minneapolis St. Paul, Minnesota mission. On returning from his mission he joined the Army Reserves where he served for six years.

After meeting his sweetheart, Sheila Facer, in Preston, Idaho, they were married November 11, 1972. They lived in Clarkston, Utah for two years and then moved to Malad where they have since resided. Ralph worked for the U&I Sugar Factory in Garland, Utah, for a few years, and then worked for the Oneida County Road Department for twenty-six years.

Ralph loved to fish, hunt and bowl, but his favorite pastime was hanging out with his family.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Sheila, of thirty-eight years, son Shawn (Brenda) Clark and daughter, Sue Dawn Clark, both of Tremonton, Utah, and five grandchildren: Kayden, Jordyn, Rayden, MaKayla and Shawntay. He is also survived by two brothers, John (Terri Lee) Clark and Clarence S. (Louise) Clark.

His parents, Maynard and Leonora Clark, a brother Delon, and a sister Sara Ann, preceded him in death.
