Norman Miller Baldwin

Norman Miller Baldwin passed away Saturday, May 10, 2008 in Malad, Idaho. He was born September 3, 1927 to Norman P. and Lula Baldwin in Hyrum, Utah. He later moved to Cache Junction. He graduated from North Cache High. He then joined the navy on August 18, 1945, and ranked as a seaman first class on the USS El Dorado.

He was honorably discharged on August 2, 1946. He married Cresey Thomas on February 26, 1948 and they had two sons. He later married Charlene Flora on July 26, 1958 in Emily, NV, and happily gained a daughter and a son.

Norm was an engineer for the Southern Pacific Railroad and worked there until he retired. They moved to St. Maires, Idaho where they loved to fish and hunt.

He is survived by his son Gary (Renee) of Malad, Idaho; one sister, Barbara (Lowell) Browning of Boise, Idaho; two brothers, Larry (Susan) and Richard (Judy), both of Ogden, Utah, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Charlene, sister Renee, son Terry and a daughter, Sandy.
