Nola Armstrong Irwin

Nola Armstrong Irwin, 48, of San Francisco and a former Robin resident, died Thursday, Sept. 20, at her home in San Francisco.
She was born Dec. 4, 1941, in Pocatello to Nolan and Bernice Thorpe Armstrong. She was reared in Robin and educated in McCammon. She graduated from Marsh Valley High School in 1960. She worked in different areas as a waitress.
She married Brackton Irwin in San Francisco and he preceded her in death.
For several years, she was employed as a waitress in the San Francisco area.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She is survived by her fiance, Aremia “Primo” Aremia, San Francisco, Calif.; a son, Paul Armstrong, Twin Falls; one daughter, Charlotte Armstrong, Twentynine Palms, Calif.; one sister, Nancy Armstrong, Colorado Springs, Colo., and her parents, of Robin. She was preceded in death by a son and one brother.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Arimo LDS Ward Chapel, with Counselor Steve Wheatley of the Garden Creek Ward officiating. Friends may call at the Marsh Valley Funeral Home in Arimo on Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Robin Cemetery.
