Neil Jack Brinkerhoff, 61, passed away December 17, 2008 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Neil was born October 16, 1947 in Tooele, Utah to Jack Fredrick and Laura Louise Brinkerhoff. He married Linda Cathlene Baller on March 12, 1987.

Neil grew up in Malad, Idaho and graduated from Malad High School. He attended Ricks College, then served his country as a Sergeant in the United States Army during the Viet Nam war where he sustained numerous injuries.

Neil was a professional finish carpenter. He later worked as Superintendent for Special Projects.

He is survived by his mother, Louise; his wife, Linda; two brothers and one sister; Dale (Jaylene), Ed (Annette), Deborah Spackman (Mike); four children; Cory, Brian, Curtis and Nicole; four grandchildren; Zachary, Adrianna, Eric and Sierra. He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral services were held December 29, 2008 at the Desert Memorial Mortuary in Las Vegas. Burial was at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City.
