Nancy returned to her heavenly home on October 13, 2016. She passed away peacefully in her sleep, attended by her daughters at her home in Emmett where she has resided for the past 15 years. Nancy is the 3rd of 8 children born to Ramona and Clifford Jones of Malad, Idaho. Nancy enjoyed traveling with her sisters and family, crafting, scrapbooking, sewing, and quilting. Her family and friends were recipients of the fruits of her labors. She was able to accomplish many items on her bucket list, including traveling to Wales some years ago and participating in a 5K this summer.

Her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews brought much joy and love into her life.

She is survived by her two daughters, Kellie Tyrrell (Mike), and Kimberly Simpson (Tim), her grandchildren; Brittnie Brown (Micah), Eric Dunsworth (Brittany), Stephanie Preston (Clayton), and Preston Simpson, and her great-grandchildren, Zoey Preston and Elaina Dunsworth. She also survived by her brothers and sisters, Rodney Jones (Donna), Emma Fichera (John), Lynette Millward (Orlando), Kay Hawkins (Doug), Albert Jones (Marla), Bill Jones (Sue), and Debbie Parks (Ed) and 87 nieces and nephews (including grand-nieces and grand-nephews and growing). Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 17 at 11 a.m. in the Malad LDS 2nd Ward Chapel, 20 S. 100 W. Friends may visit with the family at the Horsley Funeral Home on Sunday evening from 7-8 p.m. and Monday from 9:30-10:45 a.m.
