Meda R. Clark

Malad…..Meda R. Clark, 93, of Malad, passed away on Saturday July 7, 2012. She was born May 16, 1919 and was the daughter of Thomas James and Florence Bell Richards Clark. She grew up and was educated in Malad. Meda moved to California with her family as a young woman and worked there for several years. She had been employed with Montgomery Ward Co. and later as a seamstress at one of the factories, where she sewed clothing designed by many of Californias top designers.
Meda returned to Malad several years ago and has since resided here. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints; She is survived by several family members who were very important in her life including cousin: Lael (Bob) Christopherson of Malad who has taken care of her the past few years. She is preceded in death by her parents; and a brother: Henry Clark. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday July 11, 2012 at 12 noon in the Malad City Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday prior to services at the Horsley Funeral Home `132 W. 300 N. from 10:30-11:45 am. Burial will follow in the Malad City Cemetery.
