ROBIN – Mary Beale Armstrong, 90, Robin, died Saturday (25 Aug 1984) at Rupert following an illness.

She was born May 3, 1984, at Boquet, Pa., to Albert Cantwell and Margaret Elizabeth Leman Beale.

On November 9, 1915, she married Joseph Bryant Armstrong at Pocatello, and this marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple on July 6, 1934. Mr. Armstrong died December 27, 1964.

She was an active member of the LDS church and had served as Relief Society visiting teacher and organist.

Survivors include two sons, Neal Armstrong, Rupert; Leland Armstrong, Robin; three daughters Mrs. Orson (Margaret) Watson and Mrs. Dean (Betty Lou) Bunter, both of Pocatello; Mrs. Loyd (Fern) Lewis, Logan, Utah; one niece, 27 grandchildren; 68 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Donald and Sam; a brother; and three sisters.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Arimo LDS Stake Center with Bishop Porter Sutton of the Garden Creek Ward officiating. Burial was at the Robin Cemetery.
