Lowell Arthur “Art” Riley,83, husband of former Malad resident Jackie Tovey Riley, passed away Sunday, November 3, 2013, in Salt Lake City. Art and Jackie have lived in Spokane, WA for the last 50 years. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 9 at 2:00 p.m. in the Malad City Cemetery.
