Lois Howard

KAYSVILLE-Lois Howard, 61, died Monday, Oct 25, 1993 at the LDS Hospital following heart surgery.

She was born July 7, 1932 in Malad, Idaho, to Donald J. and Bertha Roderick Howard.

Lois graduated from Davis High School and attended LDS Business College and the University of Utah.

She married Rodney Dickson in the Salt Lake LDS Temple in 1954. They were later divorced.

She worked at HAFB the past 15 years in accounting.

She held various positions in the LDS Church.

She is survived by her children, Kevin Dickson, Midlothian, Va.; Susan Dickson, John (Lynette) Dickson, all of Kaysville; three grandsons, Joseph Hibbard, Ryan and Hayden Dickson; her mother; brothers and sisters, Ethel (Harris) Adams, Thella (Alan) Weaver, Donald (Geri) Howard, Roderick (Pat) Howard and Dee Lynn (Pam) Howard and many friends.

She was a devoted mother who always gave more than she took. She will be greatly missed and remembered for her determination in conquering critical health problems in her life.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, Oct 28, 1993, 11 a.m. at the Kaysville 7th LDS Ward, 50 West 300 South, Kaysville, (Utah).

Friends may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main and Thursday at the church from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Interment, Bountiful City Cemetery.
