Kristy Lynn Colungo was born August 27th, 1984 to Pete Colungo Sr. and Karen Hansen in Pocatello, Idaho. She passed away July 27th, 2016 Kristy spent her childhood in Blackfoot, American Falls, and then Malad, Idaho where she lived until she graduated from Malad High School in 2002. After graduation, she moved to Spanish Fork, Utah where she worked at Walmart and continued her education. Eventually, she moved to Twin Falls, Idaho where she met the love of her life Chad Lesch. They were married on February 15th, 2014 they made their home in Aberdeen, Idaho with their dogs who they loved as children. Kristy was employed by Lamb Weston. Kristy loved her family, camping, fishing, scrapbooking, and spending time with her nieces Kamrie and Kinzlee and nephew Konner. Kristy is survived by her husband Chad Lesch, her fur babies Cuti Pi, Zigi, Bells, Scrapi, Tini, and Lili, Her father Pete Colungo Sr, her mother Karen Hansen, Brothers Pete Colungo Jr. Tony Buffi, Jordan Colungo, Casey Berry, and Brett Hansen, Sister Erica Marley (Karsen) Her In-laws Steve and Vera Lesch Grandparents Betty Bercier, Ken Williams, Carolynn and Keith Atkinson. Kristy was proceeded in death by her grandpa Simon Bercier Sr. her uncle Simon Bercier Jr. and her cousin Stevie Colungo. She was welcomed to heaven by Harvey Hansen who she loved and adored and her uncle Nathan Briggs Kristy Lynn was the most forgiving and loving person. She had the most beautiful smile that could light up a room. Kristy always made everyone feel important she never expected anything from anyone, she put everyone before herself. Kristy filled many roles in this life: wife, daughter, sissy, aunt, cousin, niece, friend and now she will be our angel. We love you Kristy thank you for making each of our lives better because we knew you. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 2 at 1:00 pm in the Horsley Funeral Home, 132 W 300 N. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home Monday from 6-8 pm and Tuesday from 11:30 am -12:45 pm.
