June Nielson Ashton was born June 27, 1931 at Mt. Emmons, Utah and died November 12, 1970 at Ogden, Utah. Her parents were Ruth Berniece Swasey and Andrew Christian Nielsen. She married Wilford Jay Ashton May 27, 1958 at the Manti Temple, Manti, Utah. Burial was Nov. 17, 1970 in Ephraim.

She is survived by children: Colleen Renee, June Adelle, Sue Ellen and Ken Alma.
