Jack Dale Kunz

Jack Dale Kunz – 65 of Malad, Idaho passed away on July 24, 2017.

Jack was born on November 11, 1951, in Ogden, Utah to Milford Jr and Darlene Kunz. Jack grew up in Ogden where he graduated from Weber High School.

He married Lois Baca in 1971. They had two children – Candice (Kitt) Taylor and Jason Kunz. Jack was drafted into the US Army in May of 1971 where he served in Panama. They were later divorced.

Jack loved Rodeos and rode Bareback Horse. Jack started his own business – Jack Kunz’s Construction, he loved farming, ranching and riding to bring the cows off the mountains for Ned and Jean Woodfield. He loved the outdoors. He loved going to Soda Springs, Idaho to the cabin just to get away.

He later married his soulmate Peggy Jeppesen on October 8, 2004, with two step-children – Shonette Lee and Cody Frank (Angela) Moon.

Jack is survived by his wife Peggy Kunz of 13 years, our children, 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandkids. Siblings are Dennis (Donna) Kunz and Perry (Diane) Kunz . Special people in his life where David (Shuana) Mattox and Merlin Clark.

Graveside services will be at the Fielding, Utah cemetery on July 29, 2017 at 11:00 a.m
