J. Ned Beecher

J. Ned Beecher, 72, passed away October 1, 2004 at Heritage Park Care Center from complications of pneumonia. He was born April 6, 1932 in Heyburn, Idaho, the son of Cecil Rolla and Iva Udy Beecher.

He married Collene Joy Moss in Farmington, Utah. They later divorced. He married Debra Housser, they later divorced. He married Carol Welch in Elko, Nevada. Carol passed away April of 2003.

Ned worked for Jetway as an iron worker by trade and was a cowboy at heart. He enjoyed horses, rodeos, fishing and hunting. He lived most of his life in Farmington and Hooper. He was a member of the Davis County Sheriff Posse.

He is survived by his children: Kathleen (Clyde) Smith, Oakview, CA; Michael (Terri) Beecher, Roy, UT; Patrick (Jackie) Beecher, Everett, WA; Kelly (Debbie) Beecher, Clinton, UT; Midge (Jody) Turner, West Valley, UT; Shawn (Lisa) Rowley, Farmington, UT; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren and four step-grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters Marcelle (Jay) Welch, Salt lake City, UT; Iva Lou (Rulon) King, Kaysville, UT.

He was preceded in death by hi parents, three brothers, Clyde, Verl and Ken Beecher, one great-grandchild, Carson Beecher.

Cremation under the direction of Myers Mortuary, Roy, UT.
