Helen Regene Henry Anderson

STONE – Helen Regene Henry Anderson, 94 longtime resident of Stone, passed away August 29, 2002 in the Oneida County Nursing Home.
She was born February 14, 1908 in Milburne, WY, a daughter of Andrew Joseph and Olga Winger Henry. As a young girl the family moved to Ogden, UT.
She married Ross A. Anderson December 15, 1926 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Following their marriage, they resided in Stone, where they farmed, ranched and raised their seven boys. Ross passed away in December of 1986.
Helen enjoyed quilting, crocheting and tatting. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she served in many callings.
She is survived by six sons, Douglas H. Anderson of Kennewick, WA; Ross J. (Bonna) Anderson of Stone, ID; Carl G. (Marilyn) Anderson of Shepherd, MT; Dewey W. (Rena) Anderson of North Ogden, UT; H. Andrew (Marty) Anderson of Stone, ID; Lynn J. (Connie) Anderson of Snowville, UT; 17 grandchildren and 50 great grandchildren, and nine great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister and one son, Joe E. Anderson.
Funeral services will be held August 31, 2002 in the Curlew LDS Ward Chapel in Snowville, UT. Burial will be in the Snowville Cemetery. Arrangements are by Horsley Funeral Home, Malad.
