Glenn Albert Starkey

Glenn Albert Starkey, 70 of Nampa, Idaho died Sunday, May 16, 1993 at Mercy Medical Hospital in Nampa, (Idaho),

Glenn was born August 11, 1922 to Alva and Estelle Starkey at Ogden, Utah. He served in the U>S> Army during World War II. He married Lorraine Thomas of Malad City, Idaho on June 15, 1946.

Glenn worked as a civil engineer for the State of Utah followed by the State of Oregon Highway Departments. He retired with a heart disability in 1976 in Nampa, Idaho.

Survivors include his wife, Lorraine of Nampa, Idaho; two sons and daughter-in-law, Gregg and Corliss Starkey of Boise, Idaho, and Jedd and Cathie Starkey of Richland, Washington; five grandchildren, Justin, Trent, Jared, Brandon and Megan Starkey of Kaysville, Utah. He was preceded in death by a son Blake Starkey, 1975 and a brother, Earl Starkey in 1927.

A viewing was held at the Benson-Horsley Funeral Home Tuesday, May 18, with Masonic graveside services at the Malad City Cemetery.
