Fred Goddard (1936)

Fred Goddard, 57, died August 19,1993 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He was born March 29, 1936 in Malad, Idaho, a son of Martin and Laura Jones Goddard. He married Judith Gayle Adamson. He retired from the United States Air Force where he served in the States, Europe, Asia, Korea, and the Philippines plus two tours in Viet Nam. Fred loved to travel and was a dedicated golfer. By qualifying and winning, he was able to use the Inner Air Force and All Service tournament to see the world.

He is survived by his wife, Judith; three children, Deborah Martinez(Kelly), Rebecca Spencer(Calvin) and Donald Weston, Jr.; six grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Robert L. Broadwater; four sisters, Mary Ostlund, Laura Kaye Corwell, Amelia R. Broadwater, Trilva Jean Angelos; father and mother-in-law, Robert and Dorothy Adamson, whom he loved deeply; special aunt and friend, Edith Bertagnole; favorite uncle, Vernon Jones; several nieces, nephews and aunts.

Graveside services were held Saturday at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
