Ezra R. (Dick) Buehler

E. R. BUEHLER DIES AT POCATELLO FRIDAY

Ezra R. (Dick) Buehler, 73, former Oneida farmer, died Friday at Pocatello (12 Dec. 1958) following a brief illness.

Mr. Buehler had farmed for a number of years in the Daniels section before moving to Pocatello where he farmed until two years ago when he engaged in selling real estate. He had been active in the Idaho Soil Conservation Service, was a director of the Eastern Idaho State Fair and served two terms as a state representative from Bannock County.

Survivors include his widow; four sons and two daughters, R. M. Buehler, Salt Lake City; S. J. Buehler, Heber City; D. R. Buehler, Miles City, Mont.; Vaughan Ormond, Tyhee; Mrs. Floyd (Blanche) Peterson, Pocatello; Mrs. R. E. Miller, Pendleton, Oregon; a sister, Mrs. Cecilia Swenson, Riverside, Calif.; and eight grandchildren.

He was born at Paris, Idaho, to John and Rosina Burrie Buehler on March 19, 1895. He married Mabel Smith in 1906 and they homesteaded in Daniels. Mrs. Buehler died in 1918; he married Delia Ormond in 1920.
