Eva May Reese Yearsley

Eva May Reese Yearsley, 67, of Brigham City, Utah died November 9, 1983, at the Pioneer Memorial Nursing Home of Alzheimer Disease. She was born March 17, 1916, a daughter of Louis L. and Nettie M. Reese.
She married Dee R. Yearsley on February 16, 1935, in Brigham City. She attended school in Malad and had lived in Logan, Providence, Willard and Brigham City. She had served in VFW Auxiliary and was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. She was an active member of the LDS Church having served as Primary Teacher, Sunday School Teacher, MIA Teacher and Relief Society Visiting Teacher. She had worked in a hobby shop, had been a waitress, seamstress and library assistant. She was selected as one of the most friendly in Utah by Dan Valentine.
Surviving are her husband of Brigham City, Utah; one son and two daughters, Ralph Louis Yearsley, Mantua, Utah; Mrs. Delbert (Doris Ann) Dabb, Far West, Utah; Mrs. Wayne (Eva Carol) Provasco, Weiser, Idaho. Eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are 4 brothers and 1 sister, Dale L. Reese, Van Couver, Washington; Lou Dell Reese, Perry, Utah; Ray Don Reese, Brigham City, Utah; Joseph Dee Reese, Las Vegas, Nevada and E. Rosalie (Skip) Reese, Ogden, Utah.
Funeral services were held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Brigham City 16th Ward.
Burial was in the Brigham City Cemetery.
