Elda Evans Dredge Budge, age 72, died September 25,1992 at her daughters home in Vernal, Utah.
Born October 29, 1919 in Malad City, Idaho to Heber J. and Millie E. Price Evans. Married Keith M. Budge October 15, 1945, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He died January 22, 1989.
She lived in San Diego, California from 1948 to 1989. She then moved to live with her son Carl until July 4, 1992. She then stayed with her daughter Evelyn until the time of her death.
Elda was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the San Diego 14th Ward. She served in the Jr. Sunday School and the Relief Society. She was a beloved wife, devoted mother and accomplished seamstress and homemaker.
Survived by children: Dennis K. Budge, Salt Lake City; Evelyn A. Whiting, Vernal, Utah; Carl J. Budge, American Fork, Utah; 14 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters: Delaine Bateman, Orclene Stanton, and Anna Mae Evans.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, October 1, 1992 at 1:00 p.m. in the Malad City Cemetery, Malad, Idaho.
