Debbie Nielsen

SALT LAKE CITY – Debbie Nielsen, 33 died Tuesday, July 14, 1998 at the University of Utah Medical Center of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

She was born June 26, 1965 in Van Nuys, Calif., a daughter of Hal L. And Glade Mason Nielsen. She grew up and was educated in Downey, was a graduate of Marsh Valley High School, and later attended Ricks College.

For several years she had worked in sales and had lived in Pocatello, Ogden, Utah and at the time of her death in Salt Lake City.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Debbie loved participating in all sports and outdoor activities.

She is survived by her parents, of Downey; four brothers, Mac M. (Diana) Nielsen of San Diego, Calif., Lamont (Carma) Nielsen of Riverton, Utah, Craig (Lynn Adele) Nielsen of Idaho Falls, and Kelly Nielsen of Dallas, Texas; one sister Lori Lynn (Wayne) Bush of Dallas, Texas.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 18, 1998, at noon in the Downey LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the church on Saturday one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Tremonton, Utah City Cemetery. Arrangements are by Horsley’s Marsh Valley Funeral Home, Arimo.
