Clarence “Swede” Corsi

Clarence “Swede” Corsi, 79, died Wednesday, September 22, at his home in Stone, Idaho.

He was born September 19, 1914, in Malta, Idaho, to Ramalto and Minnie Corsi.

He had lived in the Stone area most of his life and had worked as a range rider for the Curlew Cattle Association. He had also been employed by Chester and Bert Eliason for many years.

Surviving are one niece, Bonnie & George Cantue and children, Jackson, Wyoming; one niece of Logan; on nephew, Declo, Idaho; a special young man, Kurt Blaisdell, Malad. Also surviving are his adopted family, Mollie and Carl Steed, Snowville; Jim B (Pud) and Doris Hitt, Declo; Jack and Marva Hitt, Ed and Babe Hitt, all of Stockton, California; Jerry and Dixie Hill, Cascade, Idaho; Tom and Marie Hitt, Malta; Butch and Janice Hitt, Klamath Falls, Oregon; Fern Adams, Helen and Therald Buttars, all of Burley.

Funeral services were held September 25th at the Curlew LDS Ward Chapel in Snowville. President Lyle Arbon officiated. Interment was in the Malta, Idaho Cemetery.
