Mr. Evans was born September 20. 1880 at Malad, to Henry and Mary Lusk Bolingbroke. She was married to Evan J. Evans, November 18, 1903 in Malad.

She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a former president of the Native Daughters of Idaho Pioneers, Station No. 4.

She is survived by her husband, Malad; two sons and four daughters: Dr. Chester Evans, Fort Collins, CO; Dr. Wesley Evans, Stockton, CA; Mrs. Richard Forbess, Nyssa, OR; Mrs. Wendell Palmer, Bemidji, MN; Mrs. Lynn Alder, Malad; Mrs. George Smalley, Long Beach, CA; 21 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
