Casey George Sweeten Shafer, 22, died Sunday, October, in his home after a long and courageous
battle with Muscular Dystrophy.

He was born April 22, 1971, in Bountiful, a son of Terri L Sweeten Shafer.

He is survived by his mother, Terri, and sister; Brieann and Lisa, Kaysville; and grandparents, George and Jean Sweeten of Kaysville. Also numerous aunts and uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 8th, at 2:00 p.m. at the Kaysville 16th Ward. Friends may call at Linquists Mortuary Thursday night from 6:30 to 8:30 or an hour prior to services on Friday. Burial will be in the Kaysville City Cemetery.
