Folsom, Calif. – Berneice Henderson Gambles, 86, former Preston resident, died Monday, March 2, 1992, in Fair Oaks, Calif.
She was born Sept. 15, 1905, at Robin, Idaho, the daughter of Benjamin and Dicey Woodland Henderson. She married Deward (Mac) Gambles Sep 30, 1927, in the Logan, Utah LDS Temple. He died May 11, 1985.
She taught school for many years in Preston, and retired in California.
She is survived by two son, Glenn Gambles of El Dorado Hills, Calif., and Douglas Gambles of Boise, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and one brother, Robert Henderson of Arimo.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 7 at noon in the Swan Lake Ward Chapel, Bishop Kent Hadley officiating. Friends may call at Webb Funeral Home in Preston on Friday evening from 6 pm to 7pm.
