Bernard Park Brockbank, Jr.

Bernard Park Brockbank, Jr., our loving husband, father and grandfather passed away December 5, 2000 from complications related to surgery.
Born April 20, 1938 to Bernard P. Brockbank and Nada Rich Brockbank in Holladay, UT. Active in the LDS Church; Park served as a building mission president in California. In two bishoprics, as a high councilman and numerous other callings. He was a developer, realtor and broker. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren in the great outdoors. He will be greatly missed.
Survived by his wife, Arlene J. Brockbank; children: Wendy Petersen, Bernard III (Virginia), Robert (Sue), Nada ( Dwight) Philipoom, Mindy ( Darrin) Long; Elizzabeth (Clayton) Perkins, Annie ( Warren) Terry and their mother, Joan Startin; Stacee and Brad Brockbank and their mother; Jenny Brock bank, Also survived by brothers; Bruce (Jeanne, von, Roger (Leda) and Michael; sister: Dian (Garth) Sweeten, Linda and Patricia Brockbank; stepmother, Frances M. Brockbank; 36 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Preceded in death by father and mother; Bernard and Nada and brother; Loren and Rodney Brockbank.
We appreciate Dr. Roger Millar for the many years of care and service he rendered to our husband and father.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 11, 2000; 12 noon at Silvercrest Ward, 9119 South 1300 East. Friends and family may call on Sunday 5-7 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive and at the ward on Monday 10:45- 11:45 a.m., prior to services.
Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
