WASHINGTON TERRACE- Alice H. Brauer, 82, died Tuesday, April 16, 1996 at Ogden Regional Medical Center of complications due to diabetes.

She was born April 3, 1914 in Samaria, Idaho, a daughter of James Franklin and Emma Reese Huntsman.

She married John G. Brauer on October 12, 1940 in Ogden. He died June 3, 1971.

Alice was raised in Samaria, Idaho and graduated from Malad High School.

She had been an active member of the LDS Church and held many positions.

Surviving are two sisters, Veila H. Price, Ogden; Mary H. Hail, Salt Lake City; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, four brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washinton Blvd., with Bishop James Williams of the Riverdale 4th Ward, officiating.

Friends may call at the mortuary on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday 10 to 10:45 a.m.

Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park.
