Sarah Alice Marble

BRIGHAM CITY • Sarah Alice Marble, 83, died Monday February 19, 2001 at Brigham Nursing & Rehab.
She was born June 15, 1917 in Holbrook, Idaho to Edward Nathanial and Pearl Eva Poulson Marble.
She attended Lincoln School and graduated from .Box Elder High School and Seminary. She loved the church and was a devoted member, seldom missing a meeting.
Sarah loved children, tending over 800 throughout her life. She also spent many years cheering, reading, and visiting with nursing home residents.
She worked at Bushnell Hospital for 3 years and at the old Howard Hotel in Brigham City.
Sarah loved her brothers and sister dearly. She was an inspiration to all who knew her. Sarah will be missed by all who loved her.
Surviving are two nieces and one nephew, Joy L. (David) Bennett, Willard; Stephanie (Rich) Kundert, Denver, Colorado; Terry Marble, Brigham City; one sister-in-law, Betty Marble, Perry.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Willis and Roy and one sister, Erma.
Funeral services will be Friday, February 23, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City, where friends may call Thursday 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Friday 10:00 to 10:45 a.m.
Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.
