Mink Creek – Charles Orvid Christensen, 59, died Nov. 6, 1992 at the Preston Medical Center after a short illness. He was born Aug 5, 1933 at Mink Creek the son of J. Charles and Leah Barfus Christensen. He married Marlene Winn April 27, 1969 in Elko, Nev. He operated a small farm in Mink Creek.
He is survived by his wife Marlene Christensen and two sisters, Rhoda Christensen and Harriet Christensen, both of Salt Lake City and many others who loved him.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, Nov 10, 1992 at the Mink Creek Ward Chapel with Bishop Mark Anderson conducting. Friends may call at Webb Funeral Home, Monday, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and at the ward chapel Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Burial will be at the Mink Creek Cemetery.
